We are Giving Back - a global internet Christian music ministry from Canada with a voice for the Lord. Giving Back is a ministry, our way to thank God for His Son Jesus and all His other blessings to us - a way of giving back. Our mission is to spread the gospel message to the four corners of the earth through our music ministry. We write, play and sing the original songs that God gives us to His glory, praying that He will use our music to touch hearts and build His Kingdom. As you listen to our songs, we hope they will touch your heart and bring you closer to Jesus.”

My name is Linda Tucker and I belong to the Utah Chapter of the Association of Personal Historians.  Our organization is a non-profit organization and we as members assist people in writing their life stories.  We are having a first ever conference here in Utah and I am teaching a workshop entitled  "Family Reunions – Who Am I,  Linking Past, Present, and Future Generations".  A friend recently forwarded a link to your video entitled “Life on the Train” and I was greatly impressed with it’s content.  I would like to use it at the beginning of my workshop to set the stage for the rest of my class.  Will you give permission for me to use this?  I will not be charging nor distributing your video, but I will give you the credit for your video creativity.  Please let me know as soon as possible as this conference will be October 15, 2010.  Thank you for your time and consideration of my request.

Thank you for adding my link to your link page.

Since you offered to check out my website, I am providing some additional information to you.

At the risk of oversimplification, we put up a web portal showing the name of the non-profit organization (NPO). Essentially, as people shop online at that web portal the NPO receives the money that would be paid to a distributor—if a distributor were in the position of that web portal. There is an important difference between a distributor and an NPO. A distributor would have certain “continuing requirements to meet; however, the NPO has no fees or requirements to meet.

I call your attention to the NPO Sponsoring Terms & Conditions. That is a contract between me, as a sponsoring distributor, and Market America Corporate. I have been a distributor with Market America since 1994. You should notice that the responsibility for all customer management services are mine to handle as the sponsoring distributor. This does not become a burden to bear by the NPO. The second attachment is the NPO Web Portal Agreement which is between Market America Corporate and the NPO. The NPO does have to provide a Federal EIN or tax id as proof of 501 (c) status. State forms are not acceptable. Some other information on the form must be provided by sponsoring distributor planning with the NPO.

This program works much like a scrip program with the following alterations:
-the NPO does not have to inventory, sell, or manage any “scrip” or products.
-the NPO does not have to manage any sales campaign, such as magazine sales or candy bar sales.
-The program includes over 3500 stores, including most major chains.
-Participation in the program provides “MA cashback” offers for customers.
-Members can add coupons or promo codes from other sources for additional discounts.
-Members can promote referrals to the web portal through Facebook and other social networking sites.
-Members would receive ½ % MA cashback on the purchases made by their referrals.
-Referrals by members would include many people not currently associated with OSLC.
-Registered participants would have access to several “customized” products and services, such as Gene SNP, DNA screening.
-Registered participants increase their ability to support the NPO simply by changing where they shop for things they normally purchase.

Feel free to give me a call for a “guided tour” through my web portal or to answer your questions and concerns.

Again, Thank you for your response. I’ll be spending some time at your site.

Hey Steve,
Thanks for the fine work you have done on your website. I know it must have taken quite a bit of time to create it.
I am a Baptist pastor here in Alberta, Canada,
and I would be interested in getting the PowerPoint's that you have created
from which you have created some of your videos.

We do a lot with PowerPoint here at our church,
and I would love to be able to create some like you have.

I have created some music videos also that we use at our church.
If you are interested, they are at my website at www.bobbacle.webs.com

and then click on Bacles Videos at the top.
